5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: c) During the course of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (ii) Revised drawings - 1:50 fully dimensioned foundation and tie-in details and brick sample for proposed new chimney for boiler which shall be constructed in brickwork to match the existing historic brickwork and bonding. Reason: In order to protect the original fabric, character and integrity of the Protected Structures at 64, 65, 66 Gardiner Street Lower and to ensure that the proposed works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice.
