6. The developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: c) The Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) devices outlined in the ‘Infrastructure Report’, including green- blue roofs, permeable paving, and bioretention pond shall be implemented in full. Full details of these proposals shall be agreed in writing with the DPPDC section prior to commencement of construction.
