Description

The demolition of existing conservatory at first floor level and rear roof slope, The construction of a first floor extension to the rear of the existing dwelling; the raising of the existing roof ridge height to accommodate a dormer extension over to the rear at attic level; the provision of rooflight to the front roof slope; and the installation of a semi-cantilevered balcony at attic level to the rear. The works will also include all associated internal alterations, site works, and services.
