3. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Section during the Construction Phase (Air Noise, Vibration Mitigation Measures): b) The developer shall prepare a Construction Management Plan and submit it to the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit for agreement prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To reduce or prevent the intrusion of noise (or vibration), in the interest of residential amenity.
