5. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: b) Prior to commencement of development, the following shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement: i. Drawings demonstrating provision of a convenient access route (internal to the development) between Block B2 and the permitted car parking. ii. Provision of a minimum of 2no. additional cycle parking spaces capable of accommodating non-standard cycle equipment (e.g. cargo bikes). iii. Design details for all proposed non-standard cycle/cargo bike parking spaces, which shall include measures to ensure sufficient security for these spaces in accordance with the design guidance provided in Section 6 of the ‘Cycle Design Manual, 2023’. Reason: In the interests of sustainable transport options and orderly development.
