5. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: b. Prior to commencement of the development, a revised undercroft layout detailing the following revisions to cycle parking provision shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement unless otherwise; i. A minimum of no.204 long term cycle parking spaces (including 5no. cargo bike spaces) and 30no. Short term cycle spaces shall be provided for Block A and Block B1 and shall be secure, conveniently located, and well lit. All cycle parking design including visitor parking shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. ii. A minimum clear space with a width of 2.00m shall be provided within the bike stores. iii. A minimum of 3no. Sheffield stands or similar grade-level cycle parking shall be provided within the designated bike parking areas for Block A and Block B1. Revised plans showing the location and design of these stands shall be submitted. iv. A minimum of 5 adaptable spaces for cargo bikes or other non-standard bicycles shall be provided for the development. These spaces shall be clearly marked and conveniently located within the development. v. A runnel or similar aid shall be installed on the stairs providing access to the bike parking area to facilitate the safe and practical transport of bicycles. Details of the proposed runnel design and location shall be submitted. c. Prior to commencement of the development, a revised undercroft layout detailing the following revisions to car parking provision shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement; i. The 2no. accessible parking spaces proposed as part of the development shall be equipped with Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points. ii. Ducting shall be provided to all stacker parking spaces to facilitate the future installation of EV charging infrastructure. Details of the ducting layout shall be submitted. iii. A minimum of 2no.motorcycle parking spaces shall be provided within the development in accordance with Section 6.0 of Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028. Details of the location motorcycle parking shall be submitted to the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of pedestrian and vehicular safety and to promote sustainable transportation.
