5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (iii) Revised drawings indicating Vent / grilles shall be omitted from the front elevations. Proposed cross/vertical ventilation routes from ensuites and vent locations and sizes, and elevational drawings showing details of any vents to the rear elevations shall be provided.
