Description

5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) A conservation expert with proven and appropriate expertise shall be employed to design, manage, monitor and implement the works and to ensure adequate protection of the retained and historic fabric during the works. In this regard, all permitted works shall be designed to cause minimum interference to the retained fabric and the curtilage of the Protected Structure. NB The continued input of the Grade 1 Conservation Architect shall be provided until the works are completed, to ensure that all previously executed unauthorised works, conservation repairs and remaining works are fully addressed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority. b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) Detail of the proposed vision panels in doors along the primary circulation routes and within accessible rooms. The proposed vision panel arrangement on Door Type A indicated on drawing no. 3.1.601 is accepted in principle.
