5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (iv) Reflected ceiling plans indicating all proposed light fittings including visuals of the proposed fittings. Sensitively located light fittings, switches and socket outlets shall be high quality contemporary fittings to complement the architectural character of the Protected Structures. Recessed spot fittings shall not be placed within surviving lath and plaster ceilings. The placement of smoke and heat detectors and associated fire safety and access fittings shall be coordinated with other fittings to minimise the visual and direct impacts.
