4. The developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: iii. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
