Description

9. Prior to the occupation of the proposed development, a Mobility Management Strategy shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority. This strategy shall address the mobility requirements of future occupants and shall promote the use of public transport, cycling and walking. A mobility manager shall be appointed to oversee and co-ordinate the roll out of the strategy.
