This application relates to a previously permitted development under Planning Reference PWSDZ3207/21, amended through Planning Refs., PWSDZ3461/24, PWSDZ3468/24, WEBPWSDZ2247/24, WEBPWSDZ2252/24, WEBPWSDZ5564/25 and WEBPWSDZ1086/26. The proposed development consists of the erection of 2 no. illuminated external signs each measuring 1.47 sqm on Sean Moore Road (western) elevations of the existing retail unit.
