3. The applicant shall comply with the following Conservation Section requirements: (b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: (i) Detailed drawings of the proposed junction of the lift shaft roof with the historic eaves and gutter. The roof of the lift shaft shall not exceed the historic eaves of the slate roof.
