Description

5. Prior to commencement of above ground development details of all signage shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. All signage shall be for information purposes only, and shall consist of individual lettering mounted directly onto the façade of the building in a high quality material such as stainless steel, and shall not exceed 0.4m in height. Any illumination shall consist of backlighting only. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
