Description

It is recommended that the requirements for Transportation are undertaken as follows i. Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Demolition Management Plan for the demolition phase of the development shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended demolition practice for the development, including a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise management measures, off-site disposal of demolition waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including location of plant and machine compound. The appointed contractor shall liaise with DCC Road Works Control Division during construction period. The appointed contractor shall liaise with and submit the demolition management plan for the written agreement of Transportation Infrastructure Ireland
