9. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: a. Prior to commencement of the proposed use and on the appointment of an operator and/or management company for the proposed development, the applicant shall submit a revised Tourist Hostel Management Plan for the written agreement of the Planning Authority which sets includes detail on the following: i. The details on the type of arrivals and departures including deliveries and servicing to the site. ii. Details on the waste collection days, times, and locations required for the proposed development. iii. The applicant shall provide for an on-site site deliveries manager to ensure the implementation of the Servicing & Delivery Strategy within the Tourist Hostel Management Plan and ensure co-ordination of the proposed development and adjoining businesses within the yard to control delivery movements. iv. Contact details on the appointed manager shall be provided. b. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant / developer shall submit revised scaled drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority demonstrating the following changes: i. Two cycle parking spaces shall be provided on site. The design, layout and details of the bicycle parking spaces shall be in accordance with the Cycle Design Manual, 2023 published by the National Transport Authority.
