3. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the Planning Authority: ii. The proposed pointing style shall be agreed with the CO on site and shall be based on evidence of surviving original pointing. The applicant shall prepare a small sample area of raking out, repointing and cleaning of the brickwork to the front elevation and render repairs to the rear elevation for written approval by the Conservation Officer. The proposed pointing shall be in NHL2 Lime mortar.
