6. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised internal Layout of Ground Floor drawing for the written agreement of the Planning Authority showing cycle parking. Cycle parking must be secure and comply with the minimum standards set out in the National Transport Authority’s Cycle Design Manual, 2023. With regard to the proposed quantum of cycle parking, the applicant shall also state the anticipated number of staff for the proposed change of use to demonstrate compliance with Table 1 of Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028 unless otherwise agreed with the Planning Authority prior to lodgement.. The bicycle parking provision agreed under this Condition shall be ready for use prior to occupation.
