8. The Developer shall comply with the following archaeological requirements of the Planning Authority: f) The assessment shall include a measured historic building survey, to Historic England Level 4 standard, of the 19th-century industrial building/s that will be directly impacted upon by the proposed development. The assessment shall be prepared by a suitably qualified archaeologist and/or conservation architect and submitted to the Irish Architectural Archive on completion. j) Should archaeological excavation occur the following shall be submitted to the Planning Authority: ii. A preliminary report on the archaeological excavation not later than four weeks after the completion of the excavation. Reason: In the interest of preserving or preserving by record archaeological material likely to be damaged or destroyed in the course of development.
