5. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Archaeology Division: B. The applicant shall employ a suitably qualified archaeologist or built heritage specialist to carry out a record of the surviving depot buildings in accordance with best practice (See Historic England, Understanding Historic Buildings, 2016). The report should be submitted to the Planning Authority for approval.
