4. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Dublin City Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority which shows a revised driveway entrance, as follows: i. A vehicular entrance with a maximum width of 3.0m and shall not have outward opening gates. ii. A new vehicular entrance pier between the application site and No. 93 Grace Park Meadows similar to the existing pier on site to define the entrance for No. 92 Grace Park Meadows unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Planning Authority.
