4. The development shall be amended as follows: (a) The developer shall omit the proposed skylight set back off the southern elevation (b) The developer shall omit the high level windows on the southern elevation (c) The developer shall omit the 2 no. small bedrooms at first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth floor levels (total 12 no. bedrooms) and amalgamate the floor area into the aparthotel floorplan. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
