2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The submitted conservation method statement method described, which requires the removal of glazing bars, the installation of a single double-glazed unit and the re-fixing of new glazing bars to the glass using mastic silicone is unacceptable to the Conservation Officer. Prior to commencement of the development hereby granted permission, the Applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, a revised Conservation Methodology Statement which shall include a revised solution for the retrofitting of the windows, whereby the new slim-line units would be fitted as individual sealed units, limiting the requirement for the significant modification of the sash windows and their glazing bars.
