12. The specific recommendations set out in the 'Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment' (prepared by Allegro Acoustics) as submitted to the planning authority on the 14th day of October 2022 as part of the application shall be implemented in full by the developer. The measures shall be submitted for the agreement of the planning authority prior to commencement of development. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of future residents of the development in relation to noise and vibration.
