7. The applicant shall comply with the Transportation Planning requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Within 4 months of this decision, the applicant shall submit a revised site layout plan to the planning authority for written agreement which shows 2 no. cycle parking spaces, bin storage / staging area locations and landscaping buffer to prevent vehicular parking at the threshold between private and public lands, all within the hard landscaping area in front of the property. Dimensions of the bicycle parking storage should be consistent with the figures set out under Section 6 of the National Cycle Manual, 2023 published by the National Transport Authority.
