14. The application shall comply with the following waste management requirements in the planning process: ii. To provide a three bin collection system for residents in communal collection schemes, for each type of waste; general waste, dry recyclables and organic food/garden waste. A proposal on the three bin system including bin quantity, type and frequency of collection must be submitted in writing to the Waste Regulation Unit in Dublin City Council for agreement. iii. Sufficient space must be provided to accommodate the separate collection of dry recyclables and organic kitchen waste/garden waste. iv. Suitable wastewater drainage points should be installed in the receptacle storage area for cleaning and disinfecting purposes. Reason: In the interests of public health
