10. Prior to the commencement of development and following liaison with both Transport Infrastructure Ireland and the tram operator, the developer shall submit to, and agree in writing with the planning authority, full plans and details of all servicing access arrangements for the development. Reason: In order to safeguard public transport infrastructure and to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
