5. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Planning Policy and Development Control Division (DPPDC): e) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Blue-green roof as per drawing 17828-C500 shall be implemented in full. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
