5. The following requirements of the Engineering Department (Drainage Division) shall be complied with: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authroity (DPPDC Section (Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section)) prior to commencement of construction. e) Proposed new parking area / driveway shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water so that there is no increase in surface water run-off from the development to the drainage network as per the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028. Full details of proposed driveway SuDS shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority (DPPDC Section) within 6 months of a grant of permission.
