The proposed development shall adhere to the following Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Control Unit requirements: b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a scheme of sound insulation for the gym, including the gym's floor and ceiling construction, which shall be implemented in full before the gymnasium is brought into use. The scheme shall ensure that airborne and impact sound transmission to residential units is prevented.
