Description

9. Prior to the commencement of development, and following liaison with both Transport Infrastructure Ireland and the tram operator, the developer shall submit to, and agree in writing with, the planning authority, a Construction Traffic Management Plan which shall identify mitigation measures to protect operational Luas Infrastructure and reduce the impact of construction traffic on adjoining businesses. Reason: In order to safeguard public transport infrastructure and to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
