Description

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey side and rear extension to the existing 2-storey house and the subsequent construction of a new single storey extension to side and rear of main house and a new single storey garden room and outbuilding to the rear of the site. Proposed works also include the addition of a dormer window to rear at attic level; modifications to the existing fenestration to the side and rear elevations; modifications to parapets on both side returns to front elevation; new rooflights to side returns and front roof pitch; a feature rooflight over rear extension; internal modifications to existing layouts; proposed widening of existing vehicular entrance and existing pedestrian entrance to 3.6m wide; modifications to drainage and all associated site works.
