2. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division of the Planning Authority: c) The Applicant shall facilitate an internal and external inspection by the Conservation Officer of the front and rear facades at close quarters when the scaffold is in place, and boundary walls, and 1:50 elevation drawings shall be prepared and submitted to the CO that indicate the condition of the brickwork, stone cornice, sills and rusticated base, and repairs required.
