(i) Amendment of the opening hours of the café/restaurant permitted under Dublin City Council Reg. Ref. WEB1788/25 (0700 hours to 2200 hours on Mondays to Saturdays and 0900 hours to 2200 hours on Sundays) to 0700 hours to 0000 hours on Mondays to Saturdays and 0900 hours to 0000 hours on Sundays; (ii) backlit signage; and (iii) provision of an outdoor seating / dining area in the loggia area along the front (southern) facade of the café/restaurant unit.
