Description

PERMISSION AND RETENTION: Dublin City Council. I, Teo Ciuta, seek retention permission for a ground floor extension to the side and rear and planning permission for a first floor extension to the side and rear sitting over the existing extension to a two storey semi detached house at number 39 Connolly Gardens, Inchicore, Dublin 8. The proposed development will consist of the retention of a ground floor existing single storey extension to the side and rear of 38 m2, the construction of a first floor side and rear extension sitting on top of the existing ground floor side and rear extension with hipped pitched roof set back from the northern boundary to house an extended bedroom to front, walk-in wardrobe and new bathroom to the rear with an area of 27 m2. (Total area is 137 m2) The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the first floor layout including removal of sections of the side and rear walls to allow for breaking through to the extended bedroom to the front and new family bathroom to the rear with rooflights to the walk-in wardrobe to the side and bathroom to the rear with opaque window to bathroom to the side and all associated site works.
