8. The requirements of DCC’s Drainage Division shall be undertaken as follows: c) Prior to commencement of any development on site the applicant shall provide for the written agreement of the planning authority details of a green roof strategy as well details of alternative proposal(s) for any lost interception storage from that permitted under Reg. Ref. 3705/20. Any revisions to the previously proposed drainage strategy shall be agreed in writing prior to commencement of construction.
