4. Prior to the commencement of works on site the Applicant/developer shall submit a revised Lower Ground Floor Plan and Ground Floor Plan which shall clarify the position of the red-line site boundary, as shown correctly on both the Site Plan and OS map (which indicates the red line site boundary around the entirety of the site including the building)
