7. The following requirements of the City Archaeologist of Dublin City Council shall be complied with and the developer shall facilitate the preservation, recording and protection of archaeological materials or features that may exist within the site. The developer shall: (d) Agree in writing the archaeological method statements for mitigation with the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, prior to commencement of any works on site
