Transportation 1. The Council’s Transportation Planning Division requirements are as follows: f. Prior to commencement of development and on appointment of the main contractor, a detailed Demolition Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended Demolition practice for the development, construction phasing and program, a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise and dust management measures, and off-site disposal of construction waste. Provision for on-site cycle parking for construction workers and measures to encourage travel to site by alternative means to private car shall be considered for inclusion in the plan. The appointed contractor shall liaise with Dublin City Council Road Works Control Division during construction period.
