Description

EXPP: The proposed works consist of the erection of a new fire escape staircase in place of an existing fire escape staircase that was deemed no longer fit for purpose, as well as internal reconfiguration works to bathrooms and classrooms. The proposed staircase is replacing the existing staircase with no greater contravention.
