Description

Charlemont Leisure Investments Limited intend to apply for PERMISSION for development at this site of c.0.57ha at Hilton Dublin Hotel, Charlemont Place, Dublin 2, D02 A893. The site is bounded by the Luas Green Line to the north-east and east; “Harcourt Green” residential development to the north-west; “Charlemont Exchange” to the west; and Charlemont Place and the Grand Canal to the south. The development will consist of alterations to the front elevations to provide a new frontage to the hotel, including cleaning of existing brickwork and new entrance features, new fin framing the building, new windows, and new signage and lighting along with all associated works to enable the development.
