4. In the course of development and in advance of any demolition work commencing, the applicant shall submit the following: a) In advance of the raking out of any historic masonry and rebuilding – extending of the historic boundary walls, the applicant shall contact the Conservation Officer to facilitate a site inspection to agree conservation repairs and procedures. The applicant shall prepare samples to include raking, cleaning (if required), brickwork repairs and repointing to an historically accurate finish and stone repointing for written approval of the Conservation Officer and samples of the new work that shall match the historic walls on a like for like basis.
