6. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Division of the Planning Authority: d) Prior to commencement, the Applicant shall submit a revised Mobility Management Plan (MMP) for Trinity Laidlaw Library that reflects the current updated proposals. The revised MMP should outline the measures to promote sustainable transport and reduce car dependency in line with the updated development proposals.
