2. In accordance with Section 3.7 (Internal Storage) and Appendix 1 (Minimum storage space requirements) of the Design Standards for New Apartments (2025) and Section 15.9 Section (Apartment Standards) of the Dublin City Devleopment Plan 2022 – 2028, prior to the commencement of development, the developer/applicant shall submit the following: a) Revised drawings to illustrate the provision of dedicated internal storage to facilitate household utility functions such as clothes washing and/or the storage of bulky personal or household items for future residential occupants of the first floor studio apartment (flat 7). Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority
