2. The glazing in the rear dormer window shall be reduced in size to form a high level window in keeping with the first floor fenestration of the subject house. Revised elevation drawings with the necessary alterations shown thereon shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development.
