5. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: i. The names of the appointed joiner, ironwork specialist and decorative plasterwork specialist and examples of five similar projects completed by each.
