Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Irish Rail propose to carry out certain works consisting of the improvement and alteration of the existing maintenance depot/valeting shed located in a back land area at Heuston Station which works include the removal/repair of existing roof cladding where required and its replacement with cladding of a similar design, colour and style which will be similar if not identical to the existing cladding, the installation of replacement and/or additional roof lights which will be laid at the same pitch and will equate to the same roof structure as currently exists and which given the nature, scale and extent of the building and the current low pitch of the roof will read as forming part of the roof and which will effect no material change to the appearance of the character of the structure.
