6. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage, Planning Policy and Development Control Section: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per Barrett Mahony submission, i.e. sedum roof, gravel ballast, intensive green roof. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
