2. Prior to commencement of development revised plans, details and particulars showing the following amendments shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing by, the planning authority: a) The depth of the first-floor extension shall be reduced to 4.1 metres. b) The roof over the extension shall be redesigned as a hipped roof, rather than a gable-ended (pitched) form. c) The plans shall include the dimensions of the new window on the eastern wall of the proposed first floor extensions. d) The plans shall include details of the materials to be used in the proposed replacement front door and front windows.
