2. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: i. 1:10 drawing of the proposed staircase for the agreement of the Conservation Officer. ii. A set of MEP drawings to show proposed routes, reusing existing where feasible, and any new penetrations through historic fabric. iii. Conservation method statements with specifications for restoration of the house for the agreement of the Conservation Officer.
